Milena Govich

 Milena Govich is a Serbian actress, director , and singer was born on on October 29th, 1976. She is well-known for her role in the role of NYPD Detective Nina Cassady in Law & Order.



 



 Early childhood education and education



 Govich was born in Norman County, Oklahoma. Both her parents were Dr. Bruce Michael Govich, who passed away in 1998 and Dr. Marilyn Green Govich,[2] are music professors: Bruce worked at University of Oklahoma and Marilyn is currently a voice professor at the University of Central Oklahoma. Her father is Serbian and her mother is of Scottish and English ancestry. Milica Govich is her aunt. She is also an actress and has been on Broadway as well as television and in films.



 



 Milena was named valedictorian in Norman High School's class in 1995. She followed her academic family in graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma, and again becoming valedictorian. two degrees in performance and pre-medical studies, and the minor was in violin and dance. Govich made the move to New York City after graduation to pursue a career in acting.
